Betsy Williams, Client Services Manager, serves as the primary contact for Goldman Financial Planning clients as well as the assistant to Michael Goldman. She oversees and coordinates the appointment calendars, maintains client records, handles behind-the-scenes office management activities and facilitates communication between the clients and financial advisors. Friendly and inviting, Betsy is happy to answer questions and instruct clients on how to best prepare for each appointment. She respects clients’ privacy while providing a listening ear.
Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University®. Prior to joining Goldman Financial Planning, Betsy worked for eight years in customer support and account management at Designtex®, where she gained valuable experience coordinating customer interactions and project work. An outdoors enthusiast, she truly enjoys living in Maine. Her primary interests are cooking, studying nutrition and outdoor activities.
