After we help you make a Plan, you will have a map and be ready to embark on your journey. There’s a lot to think about. Where should you start? Will it take a lot of time? Who should be involved? Our Gatherful® Coach program can help you take the first steps, stay on track, and adjust course as your life changes.

A great plan doesn’t do you any good if it’s never implemented. We help make sure your plan happens, giving you friendly reminders periodically and serving as a trusted resource so you can ask questions that come up along the way. We can make the difference between achieving what you set out to do and wishing you had!

Armed with your Plan, and informed by regular update meetings with you, we look forward several years for potential opportunities to minimize your tax burden. Once identified, we coordinate each year with your tax accountant and adjust your investment accounts to implement these multi-year strategies. We handle the tedious details while explaining how the strategy fits into your big picture.

The cost of the Gatherful® Coach program starts at a flat rate of $500 per month and includes management of up to $500,000 of your investments. In addition to the flat rate, an annual maximum fee of 1% of the assets over $500,000 applies. In keeping with our No Surprise Fees policy, the monthly fees cover all coaching, planning, investment management and most custodian fees.
Gatherful® Coach is a flexible month-to-month service. You’re never locked into anything. For returning clients who aren’t enrolled in the Gatherful® Coach program, we also offer as-needed support on a project and hourly basis.
